Amazing service, arrived at a reasonable time, installer was very clean and thorough with the installation. I have used them for both of my homes and service was amazing at both locations. He ensured to do one last sweep around the house for any material that may have been left behind or debris. This company has attention to detail, and coming from a military background, it’s something I look for before choosing a provider. Highly recommend

We purchased blinds from the Blind King last year. One of them had a problem with one of the strings recently. I called them and left a message, they returned my message the same day and scheduled a meeting the next day. BL will replace the blind. They have a lifetime warranty with the original purchaser.I appreciate they send appointment emails that I can add to my calendar and reminders.The Blind King was very responsive and professional. They came to our home within just a few days from when I contacted them. Our blinds came in on schedule and were delivered and installed less than 3 weeks from the day I placed the order. They sent reminders and were always prompt. We will use them again.

Someone came out to measure just a short time after I called in and in less than two weeks I had a lovely roller shade on my front door. Facing west means the beautiful sun was pretty hard on my entry way rug. Jeff and his team fixed the problem with efficiency and thorough knowledge. I should have done this 3 years ago.

The Blind King is a great place if you need any kind of window covering. They help make it affordable to buy coverings for your entire home. Once they arrive the company is professional, quick, and very careful about taking care of your home. Andrew installed my blinds and he was awesome! I thought about going to Budget Blinds and the customer service at Budget Blinds was terrible. They told me I had an appointment then never showed up. And they also didn't want me to buy the blinds until after I closed on the house. The Blind King, on the other hand, was willing to work with me and helped me get coverings ordered and quickly installed when they arrived. Also I found out that the shades I installed have a lifetime warranty on them. I am very happy with the results of my purchase.

Faux wood blinds are great! It took a little longer than expected (5 weeks) for delivery due to material availability, but well worth the wait. Andrew and staff did a great job start to finish.

Top Notch Service and Quality. The in-home consultation was very collaborative, not pushy. Andrew and Caleb were first-class professionals. The choice of options from colors, material, whether you want solar, motorized, string, no string blinds, valances... just so many different options and beautiful colors. He even would hold up swatches from the inside while we viewed from the outside.. so very patient and knowledgeable about the products. After installation we were even more excited, they are beautiful! Everything EVEN!! (I am super picky btw) caleb was personable, told us what to expect, and answered questions about product care and warranty data. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I researched and was recommended the Blind King from a friend. We decided to schedule a free consultation and see if it was within our budget to get all new blinds. Jeff, was early, professional and gave us a quote right away. We were able to get the blinds installed less than two weeks from our ordering date. We went with the faux wood blinds in pure white. The installation was seamless and our place looks so much better. I recommend to anyone who needs blinds or needs an upgrade. Worth it. I only wish we had done this sooner.

Jeff King and the Blind King team provided outstanding guidance in selecting the plantation shutters for our new home. It was a pleasure working with Jeff in all aspects of the project - from scheduling the initial meeting at the home, determining the style, brand and size, confirming measurements and final installation. We have 22 windows of different sizes with both internal and external installation styles and all fit perfectly. We are extremely pleased with the Norman 4.5" wood shutters and how they enhance the look of our home while also providing protection from east and west sun exposure. We highly recommend Jeff and his team.

Very diligent in explaining all of my options and took the time to assist along the way and kept me up to date on custom delivery status. Even had a change of plans due to builder redesigning the floor plan after orders were placed. Jeff was able to re-purpose the custom shutters on other windows. On day of install - it was very efficient, professional and the end product looks wonderful.

On a non scheduled note I had to replace some blinds that were destroyed by our over zealous dog. "SQUIRREL!!" In the backyard. I called Blind King and had an indivudual out in no time at all with a bid and time of delivery. All in all they were great to work with, reasonable, and problem free. I will call on them again in the future.
