  • With a robust background in ERP Business Systems Analysis and customer service management, Domenick has consistently demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing complex operations. Most recently, Domenick  served as the Acting Customer Service Director & ERP Business Systems Analyst from February 2021 to July 2021 in Dallas, Texas. In this role, they provided comprehensive support for the company’s different systems, overseeing troubleshooting, analysis, and solution implementation. Domenick  successfully managed a team of over 70 employees across five internal service organizations and collaborated with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • From October 2018 to February 2021, Domenick was a Senior Business Analyst, leading cross-functional teams across four major companies. They excelled in data analysis, business intelligence, and project management, ensuring the accuracy of ERP systems and enhancing user experiences through the creation and implementation of new standard operating procedures.
  • Prior to that, Domenick was the Production & Customer Service Manager from November 2017 to October 2018 in Carrollton, Texas. They directed a team of 10, ensuring the implementation of production plans and performance targets while maintaining compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements. Known for their proactive communication and customer engagement, Domenick consistently delivered high-quality products in a cost-effective manner.
  • Domenick’s diverse experience in technical support, team management, and strategic planning has equipped them with the skills necessary to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
